Shipping policy

This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Times

We operate with two types of products:

Stocked Items:
- Processed within 1–3 working days after purchase  

Print-on-Demand (Made-to-Order Items):
- Produced and processed within 3–7 working days before dispatch  

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. UK Shipping

UK orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail unless stated otherwise.

Estimated delivery times:
- Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch  
- Tracked/express options may be available at checkout  

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping

We currently only ship to mainland UK.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location  
- Package weight and size  
- Shipping method selected

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal or courier services  
- Customs clearance  
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer  
- Events outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes)

8. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- You may be required to pay for re-shipping  

9. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Contact us at info@deadrepco.com

We will investigate with the courier.

Please note:
- Claims for lost items must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date  

10. Split Shipments

If your order includes both stocked and print-on-demand items:
- Items may be shipped separately  
- You may receive multiple deliveries
