We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Your Rights (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for most products.

However, this right does not apply to certain made-to-order items (see Section 3).

2. Standard Returns (Stocked Items)

For items that are held in stock and not made to order:

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition  
- Tags must be intact  
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible  

Process:
1. Contact us at [Insert Email] within 14 days  
2. Provide your order number and reason for return  
3. We will provide return instructions  

Refunds:
- Issued to the original payment method  
- Processed after the item is received and inspected  

Return shipping:
- Paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect  

3. Print-on-Demand (Made-to-Order Items)

Many DeadrepCo products are made to order (print-on-demand).

These items are:
- Produced specifically for you after purchase  
- Not held in stock  

Because of this:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  - Incorrect size selection  
  - Change of mind  

This is in line with UK regulations for custom or personalised goods.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (All Products)

If you receive an item that is:
- Faulty  
- Damaged  
- Incorrect  

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Email].

Please include:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the issue  

If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or  
- A full refund  

We will cover any associated shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size (for stocked items):
- Return the original item (if eligible)  
- Place a new order  

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Print-on-demand (made-to-order) items (unless faulty)  
- Worn or used items  
- Items returned outside the return window  

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days  
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time
